We offer international and domestic cargo shipping, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and delivery services. Service availability may vary depending on the destination and item category.

3. Shipping Policy

• All items must be properly declared with accurate value and description.

• Prohibited and restricted items will not be shipped.

• We reserve the right to inspect any item received for shipping.

• Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

4. Packaging and Labeling

Customers are responsible for ensuring items are properly labeled with (Customer Number eg. EXCC0010 AIR/SEA) We are not liable for lost packages resulting from in proper labeling.

5. Customs and Duties

All duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or government inspections.

6. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before dispatch of goods.

• Accepted methods: — e.g., Cash, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, Mobile Payment].

7. Liability and Insurance

• We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage unless insurance is purchased.

• For insured packages, claims must be made within 7 days of receipt or expected delivery.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the goods declared or insured, whichever is less.

8. Unclaimed or Returned Items

• Unclaimed packages held for no more than 10 days may incur storage fees or be discarded.

• Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
